Orders and Deliveries
1 Conditions for placing an order
To place an order on the website www.diams.com, the customer must:

2 Methods of placing an order

3 Order confirmation
After the order and payment have been confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation includes in particular:

the price

the delivery address

the estimated delivery time.
4 Delivery address
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
A billing address different from the delivery address may be specified during the order process.
5 Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

6 Shipping
Shipments are carried out via secure and insured transport services.
Packages are delivered against signature in order to ensure secure delivery.
Delivery is free for all orders shipped within Switzerland.
7 Verification upon receipt
Upon receiving the package, the customer is invited to immediately verify:

the condition of the package

the conformity of the delivered product.
In case of any anomaly (damaged package, missing or incorrect product), the customer must notify diams.com within five working days.
8 Delivery error or non-conforming product
Any claim regarding:

After reviewing the request, diams.com will communicate the return or exchange procedure to the customer.
9 Lost parcel or delivery delay
In the event of a delivery delay or suspected loss of the parcel, diams.com will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
An investigation may take up to 30 days.
If the parcel is declared lost:

a replacement product will be sent

or the customer will be refunded if the product is no longer available.
10 Absence at the time of delivery
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice.
The customer may then collect the parcel according to the instructions provided.
11 Limitation of liability related to transport
diams.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, particularly in cases of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
